Samsung seeds One UI 3.0 and Android 11 to Galaxy Note10

Following the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy Note20 and S20 series, Samsung is now rolling out a stable update for the Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ in Europe.
