Apple's 10.86-inch OLED iPad's development suspended

There have been numerous rumors about Apple developing OLED iPads in two different sizes - a 10.86-inch model and a larger 12.9-inch one. However, according to a Korean news outlet, the development of the smaller model has been halted. The source believes there are several reasons behind the discontinuation. Since Samsung will be delivering the screens, Apple is asking the Korean tech giant to produce double-stack tandem structure OLEDs instead of single stacks, which is the more widely used configuration in today's smartphones and tablets.
