Unknown Google phone spotted on India's BIS certification website

Things appear to be looking up for any Android purists in India as a mysterious new Google device, model number "GX7AS," was recently spotted on the Indian BIS certification website. We only know that it is a mobile phone and not much else, but that in itself is potentially great news, since the last smartphone Google launched in India was the Pixel 4a.
