Android 13 will notify users of high app background battery usage using complex monitoring

Google has been working hard on Android 13, just recently releasing the Developer Preview 2 build of the OS. As the current timeline goes, we can expect to see the first Beta build sometime in April, followed by a few more beta's and likely a full release in August, September, or October.
