WhatsApp started rolling out multi-device support for all users. The latest feature will allow users to access their WhatsApp account on up to four devices such as laptops, or PCs simultaneously. Users can send or receive messages on their WhatsApp account on a secondary device even when their phone is not connected to the Internet.
