Sony's Xperia 5 V shows up on 3C, 33W charging confirmed

Sony may be ready to unveil the Xperia 5 V a full quarter early as evidenced by the recent leaks of the device. This latest one is a 3C certification of the device with the model number XQ-DQ72, revealing its 33W charging capability. That same model number was seen in February on Geekbench, sporting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with 16GB of RAM. Sony usually releases the Xperia 1 earlier in the year - May to August, and then the Xperia 5 follows in September or October. We might be in for a change this year and we are looking forward to it.
